Manifestation blocks based on each zodiac archetype

I loved diving into this! Getting curious about how manifestation blocks may show up for different archetypes.

I'm not saying if you're a Gemini sun, your block is ‘scattered thoughts’ or if you're a Scorpio sun, you're holding onto control. It’s more about getting curious around all your own unique personal placements (Sun, Moon, Rising, Mars, Mercury, and Venus) and where these blocks may show up for you.

But also, the reminder that we hold all energies of these archetypes in our natal birth chart—so no doubt snippets of all blocks may show up in your journey.

Get curious and see what archetype feels most connected to your current manifestation journey. It might not be your sun sign 🌞

For me personally? I feel like sometimes my manifestation blocks can be connected to my Gemini Moon, my Sagittarius Venus, and my Capricorn placements.

What about you?

Love, B.

ARIES

The Aries archetype has this bold, go-getter spirit driven by passion, instinct, and the thrill of immediate results energy to it. But when manifestations don’t arrive as quickly as hoped, frustration and impatience can creep in. This archetype is being called to keep the heart on the prize and take aligned action. Trust divine timing, but most importantly, don’t lose that fiery excitement because the spark is the thing that gets everything moving (just be wary of impatience, good things take time).

TAURUS

The Taurus archetype enjoys comfort, structure, and familiarity as this feels like the strong foundations that are required to move forward. The block here can be clinging onto the familiar even if it doesn’t align or serve anymore. Perhaps there is this feeling of struggling to believe that abundance can flow with ease or a fear that taking risks can lead to instability. Embrace small risks, but do it in a way that still offers safety within. Challenge any scarcity mindset, knowing security can be felt both internally and externally. Taurus is incredible at patience, so celebrate this! (Be mindful of not moving due to waiting in fear.)

GEMINI

The Gemini archetype has this bubbly, fun, and playful energy to it—the forever learner with limitless enthusiasm for curiosity and trying new things. The manifestation block for this archetype could manifest as overthinking all the details, all the different things that are on its heart, and feeling scattered in taking steps toward the vision. Here, this archetype is encouraged to stop analysing all the details and commit to a couple of visions at a time instead of chasing them all at once. Remember, clarity comes from deciding what you want. Be clear and communicate it to the universe.

CANCER

The Cancer archetype enjoys safety and protection. There is this beautiful, soft, sensitive side but also incredible strength. A love for connecting with ancestral wisdom, all things sentimental, going down memory lane, and having emotional intelligence. A manifestation block can be clinging to the past and not releasing old patterns. The shadow may also be not fully trusting themselves to reach new territory. Here, this archetype is called to root in self, not in the history it holds. Rather, hold onto the present and the visions of the future. The Cancerian archetype’s high road reminds us all that not everything is ours to carry.

LEO

The Leo archetype is bold, confident, and a natural leader—a radiant force of creativity and self-expression. The manifestation block can be seeking validation and external approval. The reminder here is to ask the question… Do I want this for me, or for the applause? Leo thrives when fueled by authentic joy rather than outside recognition. It’s the reminder that manifestations don’t need an audience—they can thrive from that internal sense of joy. This archetype is called to celebrate itself often, tuning into what truly lights them up and chasing visions that are authentic to them.

VIRGO

The Virgo archetype knows what hard work looks like, has deep love for healing - mind, body and soul, and is incredibly analytical and methodical. The manifestation block may show up with perfectionism, over-criticism and the need to control situations. Here this archetype would be encouraged to not wait for the ‘perfect’ conditions before going after a vision, to trust the bigger picture and to do the hard work but then let the Universe do its part, too. Release control, surrender, surrender. Magic is on the other side.

LIBRA

The Libra archetype sees beauty in everything, has innate creativity and gracefully creates spaces of harmony in the world. A connecter, communicator, and lover of beautiful things. A manifestation block can be struggling to choose and commit to a vision or the manifestation path. There may be challenges in making decisions based on others' expectations, rather than their own, and may avoid change because it disrupts a sense of harmony and flow. Here, there is a calling to use beauty as a guide (what feels beautiful, magnetic) and decide what you want and go after it, tuning into your own worthiness and sense of self-love.

SCORPIO

The Scorpio archetype is passionate, deeply determined, and undeniably magnetic. A master of transformation, it holds many mysteries within. The manifestation block is that it can hold a tight grip on controlling outcomes and may have a resistance to trust. Clinging too hard can block the universe from delivering in unexpected, mystical ways. If fear of loss arises, this is the opportunity to transmute fear into power—every ending is an opening to something greater. Metaphorical deaths and rebirths are real for this archetype. Manifestation flows when Scorpio surrenders to the co-creation, trusting that the universe is always working in its favour—a merge.

SAGITTARIUS

The Sagittarius archetype moves through life with optimism and confidence, it understands the bigger picture and has an unlimited amount of faith and belief. The manifestation block may be getting bored and moving on to the next thing before allowing the manifestations to fully unfold. This archetype is incredible at thinking big but may be challenged by grounding ideas into steps. It may have this positive attitude that things will ‘just work out,’ so being disciplined isn’t necessary. But discipline sometimes offers up space for freedom and adventure. Tap into expansive thinking and grounded steps. Remember, the journey is just as important as the destination!

CAPRICORN

The Capricorn archetype is driven, disciplined, and determined to climb its own mountain of success. Achievement through integrity and personal effort is key. The manifestation block can be believing that success must come through struggle... like the climb only counts if it’s difficult. Another block is being so focused on each next step that it blocks unexpected blessings. Controlling every outcome can also limit what’s possible. To move through these blocks, allow for moments of surrender, trust the process, ask for guidance, and release the belief that it must all be done alone. Success can come with both effort and ease.

AQUARIUS

The Aquarius archetype is unique and a visionary who believes in community, humanity, and the power of collective connection. The manifestation block for this archetype is over-intellectualising every detail instead of feeling into the vision. Manifestation is something to be embodied. Another challenge may be pushing away routine and structure. Be cautious of being too caught up in collective visions that you lose your own vision in the process. To move through this, Aquarius is called to ground into the body, not just the mind... allow intuition to guide the process. Embracing a little bit of structure can create space for dreams to grow, too.

PISCES

The Pisces archetype is a dreamer, connected to something greater, flowing with life, and has the ability to surrender and trust. The manifestation block is drifting in possibilities without anchoring them into reality. Pisces has a gift for vision but may struggle to take tangible steps. As an empath, it’s also easy to absorb others' energy, sometimes losing the focus of their own desires. To move through this, Pisces is called to set clear intentions and create soft structure to stay aligned with its vision. Rituals like journaling or meditation can help to ground and connect. Energetic boundaries are also key, ensuring that the ‘other’ doesn’t dilute what Pisces is here to create. Trust the flow, but take the steps.
